Setup & Travel Requirements

• Space: Minimum 10' x 10' setup area (15' x 15' preferred)

• Power: Standard outlet within 10 feet of booth location

• Outdoor Events: Booth must be placed under a tent or shaded area

• Weather: Booth operation may pause during rain or precipitation to protect equipment

• Travel: $50 fee for events 10+ miles away. $100 travel fee for Arlington and Washington, DC
