What happens after I choose a photobooth company

There's more to our preparation than meets the eye. Quality photobooth companies invest significant time in getting ready for your event. We gather extensive information through a detailed questionnaire to customize the booth to match your theme perfectly. This includes preparing templates, designing the welcome screen, and selecting themed props suitable for your event.


Once we receive your inputs, we send you a sample template for approval and finalize logistics such as start time and venue location. If unfamiliar with the venue, we may contact them to understand details like power outlets and any setup restrictions.


On the day of your event, we arrive at least one hour beforehand (often earlier) to ensure everything is set up and tested thoroughly. By the time your event kicks off, your photo album already has a dozen "test" shots—some posed, some goofy, and probably one where we’re caught mid-bite into a snack. What can we say? We take our testing very seriously. We're passionate about capturing moments… even if it means starring in a few ourselves before the real fun begins!


After your event concludes, we pack up efficiently. Then comes the enjoyable part: reviewing and editing your photos. We make any necessary adjustments and upload them to your gallery for easy downloading.

In total, we dedicate 4-5 hours to preparing for your event, excluding the actual photobooth session. As you can see, there's much more behind the scenes to ensure everything runs smoothly on your special day.
